Research studies outline the benefits of taking vacation each year. Americans are among the worst in terms of prioritizing dedicated time to vacation. Many countries mandate vacation time, such as the Sweden, France, and Denmark requiring people take 25 days off a year.
Benefits of vacation include reduced stress, lower risk of heart disease, improved productivity, and sleeping better. But aside from those positives, taking vacation is good for the soul. Memories from vacation are yours for a lifetime and become a part of who you are. The novelty of material things will lose their luster over time, but looking through photos of a dream vacation will bring back those positive feelings throughout your life.

Are you obsessed with taking photos/ Being on vacation makes my photo-bug symptoms even more pronounced! It makes my soul happy to look back on some of my life’s happiest moments.
To me, vacation photos are the best souvenir. I can go anywhere and if I come back with a camera full to capacity with photos, I am a happy camper! We recently planned a trip to Maui and I was intent on bringing back my best photos yet. I am sharing some of my Amazon finds for travel photography.

AKASO EK7000 4K WiFi Sports Action Camera Ultra HD Waterproof DV Camcorder
I really like the Akaso Sports Camera as I am new to the sports camcorder world. At under $100, it is affordable and comes with a lot of great features, including wifi and a waterproof case. I was really excited about the opportunity to take some underwater videos and images while snorkling on our Maui vacation. The GoPro brand of sports camera is much more expensive, so if I tune my expertise in this medium I may spring for it!
Luxebell Accessories Kit for Akaso Camera
The Luxebell Accessories Kit for the Akaso Sports Camera is well worth the small investment. The attachments are incredible, including a tripod, selfie stick, straps for your head and chest, and a floating mount. We used the floating mount while snorkeling and it made it so much easier to use and the bright yellow color makes it less likely to lose.
Xenvo Pro Lens Kit for Cellphone Cameras
The Xenvo Pro Lens Kit is my newest find! I am always looking to improve my vacation shots for my Instagram and Website. The Macro Lens option is really cool and expands the options for great vacation photos.
Among my most cherished possessions are my travel photography. Looking through photos takes me back to some of the happiest memories of my life. Travel well. Take photos. Have memories for a lifetime.
